Appointment of Customs Officers for warehousing purposes at Haldia (W.B) - 69 - Customs -Tariff

Notification No. 69 Dated 31/03/1969 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government hereby appoints the *[Commissioner of Customs], Calcutta and the *[Assistant Commissioner of Customs or Deputy Commissioner of Customs], Calcutta to be the 1 [Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs Commissioner of Customs, as the case may be] and the *[Assistant Commissioner of Customs or Deputy Commissioner of Customs], respectively, for the purposes of all warehouses situated in the Warehousing Station of Haldia in the Midnapur District of the State of West Bengal. ----------------------------- * Designation changed vide s.50 of the Finance Act, 1995 (22 of 1995) and by Notification No. 29/99-Cus.
