MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd February, 2017 S.O. 345(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs number S.O. 1935 (E) dated the 1st day of June, 2016 , namely:- 2. In the said notification, in the Table,- (i) In serial number 1, in column number (4), the entry (1) State of Haryana , shall be omitted.
