Seeks to extend the due date for submission of details in FORM GST-ITC-04 till 31.12.2017 - Tax/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016/22 - Manipur SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR DEPARTMENT OF TAXES NOTIFICATION Imphal, the 15th November, 2017 No. Tax/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016/22:- In pursuance of section 168 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Commissioner hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Manipur, Department of Taxes No. Tax/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016/14, dated the 28th October, 2017, published in the Gazette of Manipur, Extraordinary, vide number 371, dated the 4th November, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, for the words, figures and letters the 30 th day of November, 2017 , the words, figures and letters the 31st day of Decembers 2017 shall be substituted.
