Seeks to amend Notification No. F-10-46/2017/CT/V/(90), dated the 1st July, 2017 - F-10-97/2017/CT/V (190)-01/2018-State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Naya Raipur Notification No. 1/2018 - State Tax New Raipur, 01 January, 2018 No. F -10-97/2017 /CT/V(190). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017) the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the State Government, in the Commercial Tax Department, notification No. F-10-46/2017/CT/V/ (90), dated the 1 st July,2017 published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 274, dated the 4 th July, 2017, namely :- In the said notification, in the opening paragraph - (a) in clause (i), for the words one per cent. , the words half per cent. shall be substituted; (b) in clause (iii), for the words half per cent. of the turnover , the words half per cent of the turnover of taxable supplies of goods shall be substituted.
