Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, Date 26 th March 2018 No. FA-3-92/2017-1-V-(38).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 20 of the Madhya Pradesh Vat Act, 2002 (No. 20 of 2002), the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA-3-92-2017-1-V (164), dated 30th December 2017, namely:- AMENDMENT In the said notification, for the figure and word 31st March 2018 for Assistant Commissioner-Commercial Tax, Commercial Tax officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer , the figure and word 31 May, 2018 for Assistant Commissioner-Commercial Tax, Commercial Tax officer and Assistant Commercial Tax Officer , shall be substituted.
