Commissioner State Tax Uttarakhand No. 6376/CSTUK/GST-Vidhi/2017-18 Dehradun :: Dated 28 th March, 2018 Notification In exercise of the power conferred by clause (d) of sub-rule (14) of rule 138 of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax (Second Amendment) Rules, 2018, l, the Commissioner, hereby, notify that no e-way bill is required to be generated for intra-state movement of goods in the State till further orders. This notification shall come into force with effect from 01.4.2018. (Sowjanya) Commissioner State Tax, Uttarakhand.
