Re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting. - 38/1/2017-Fin(R&C)(52) - Goa SGST

Department of Finance Revenue Control Division __ Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(52) In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 123 of the Goa Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, and in supersession of Government Notification No. 38/1/2017-Fin(R C)(15)/3652 dated 3 rd November, 2017, published in the Official Gazette, Series II No. 32 dated 9th November, 2017, except as regards things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Government of Goa hereby re-constitutes the State Level Screening Committee consisting of the following officers, namely:- (a) Shri Ashok V. Rane, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Goa State. (b) Shri K. Anpazhakan, Commissioner GST, Goa, Government of India. This Notification shall come into force with immediate effect.
