Amendment to notification No. 17/2017-Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd March,2017 - 37/2018 - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Notification No. 37/2018-Customs (N.T) New Delhi, the 11th May, 2018 S.O. 1879 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 and sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 17/2017- Customs (N.T.) dated 3rd March , 2017 published in Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) of the Gazette of India, Extraordinary vide number S.O.723(E), dated the 3rd March, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, the table and the entries mentioned therein shall be replaced and read as under:- Table Sl.
