Seeks to amend Notification No. 12/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 11th April, 2017 - 49/2018 - Anti Dumping Duty

GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF FINANCE (DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE) Notification No.49/2018-Customs (ADD) New Delhi, the 25th September, 2018 G.S.R. 924 (E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (5) of section 9A of the Customs Tariff Act,1975 (51 of 1975) , read with rules 18 and 20 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 , the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 12/2017- Customs (ADD), dated the 11th April, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 343(E), dated the11th April, 2017 , namely:- In the said notification, in the Table, - (i) against serial number 6, for the entry in column (7), the entry M/s Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) Q.P.J.S.C. Qatari Private Joint Stock Company shall be substituted; (ii) against serial number 7, for the entry in column (7), the entry M/s Qatar Chemical and Petrochemical Marketing and Distribution Company (Muntajat) Q.P.J.S.C. Qatari Private Joint Stock Company and M/s Renish Petrochem FZE (Trader) shall be substituted. [F.
