S.O. 5146 (E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D R) Act, 1992 , read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government, hereby amends the policy conditions of the following Exim Code as under: Exim Code Item Description policy Existing Policy Condition Revised Policy Condition 3102 10 00 Urea, whether or not in aqueous solution State Trading Enterprise State Trading Enterprise. However, import of Urea for industrial/non-agricultural / technical grade shall be Free with Actual User Condition. Import allowed through STC and MMTC subject to Para 2.20 of Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020. However, import of Urea for industrial/non-agricultural/ technical grade shall be Free ith Actual User Condition. 2. Effect of this Notification: Indian Potash Limited (IPL), Chennai has been delisted as a State Trading Enterprises for import of Urea. This issues with the approval of Minister of Commerce Industry.
