MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (TRADE POLICY DIVISION) ORDER New Delhi, the 9th October 2018 No.14/3/91-TPD(Pt).- In modification of Notification No. I-34(7)/2018-O M dated 17 May 2018, it is hereby notified for general information that Shri Sanjay Chadha, Additional Secretary in Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, shall look after the work of Director General Trade Remedies, Department of Commerce, Ministry of Commerce and Industry from 9 October 2018 to 21 October 2018 in absence of Shri Sunil Kumar, Additional Secretary, Department of Commerce, to exercise the powers of: (i) Designated Authority under Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 and Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. (ii) Director General (Safeguard) under Customs Tariff (Identification and Assessment of Safeguard Duty) Rules, 1997 and Customs Tariff (Transitional Product Specific Safeguard Duty) Rules, 2002.
