MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Capital Market Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th February, 2013 S.O. 333(E).- The Appointment Committee of the Cabinet has approved (ex-post facto) the proposal for the entrustment of additional charge of the post of Member, Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) to Shri P.K. Malhotra in addition to his charge as Secretary, Legislative Department for a period of three months w.e.f. 7-12-2012 or until further orders, whichever is earlier. [F.
