Central Government amends the Import Policy of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonised System), 2017, Schedule - 1 (Import Policy) - F. No. 14/3/2018-EP (Agri-III) - S.O. 6364(E) - Foreign Trade Policy

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th December, 2018 S.O. 6364(E). -In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992) , read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonised System), 2017, Schedule - 1 (Import Policy), as under:- Exim Code Item Description Existing Policy Existing Policy Condition Revised Import Policy Revised Policy Condition 07131000 Peas (Pisum sativum) Including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun Peas and Kaspa Peas. Restricted Restricted for the period from 01st October, 2018 to 31st December, 2018. Restricted Restricted for the period from 01st January, 2019 to 31st March, 2019 2.
