Notification for changes in Bihar advance Ruling Authority - S.O. 15 - Bihar SGST

Commercial Tax Department Notification The 15th January 2019 S.O. 15, Dated 15th January 2019- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 96 of the Bihar Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Bihar Act 12 of 2017), the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department, S.O. No. 206, dated the 16th July, 2018, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 658, dated the 16th July, 2018 and S.O. No. 173, dated the 21st September, 2017, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 877, dated the 21st September, 2017, are amended, namely:- In the said notification, (a) for serial no. (i), the figure and words ''(i) Shri Pradhuman Badariprasad Meena, Joint Commissioner, CGST CX, Patna-1'' shall be substituted. (b) for serial no. (ii), the words ''(ii) Shri Ashok Kumar Jha, Additional Commissioner State Tax, (Appeal), Central Division, Patna'' shall be substituted.
