SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 09 th October, 2007 No. SEBI/MRD/DSA/105441/2007. - Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under section 4B of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (SCRA), SEBI had approved and published the Scheme of corporatisation and demutualisation for the under-mentioned Stock Exchanges on September 15, 2005. And whereas, the under-mentioned Stock Exchanges have ensured compliance with the requirements of section 4B(8) of the SCRA on the dates of confirmation mentioned below and have completed corporatisation and demutualisation by this date.
