GOVERNMENT OF ANDHRA PRADESH REVENUE (COMMERCIAL TAXES-II) DEPARTMENT G.O.MS.No. 78 Dated: 31-01-2019 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following further amendments to the notification issued in G.O.Ms.No.497 Rev.(CTII) Dept. Dt.28-09-2018, namely: AMENDMENT In the said notification, in paragraph 2, in the second proviso, for the expression July, 2017 to September, 2018 and 31st day of December, 2018 , the expression July, 2017 to December, 2018 and 31stday of March, 2019 shall be substituted respectively.
