Amendment in the notification No. S.O. 147(E) published in the Gazette of India - F. No. 20(3)SE/92-S.O. 483 (E) - SEBI

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) (Investment Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th July, 1993 S.O. 483 (E). - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) No. S.O. 147(E) published in the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Part-II Section 3, Sub-section (ii) dated 21st February, 1992, namely :- In the said notification, in the entry against serial number 2, for the letters and words Dr. Y.
