SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 12th November, 2001 S.O. 1119(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 by the Inter-Connected Stock Exchange of India Ltd., International Infotech Park, Tower 7, 5th Floor, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai-400703 (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange) and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, renewal of recognition to the said Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for three years commencing from 18th day of November, 2001 and ending on the 17th day of November 2004, in respect of contracts in securities subject to the conditions as may be prescribed or imposed hereafter.
