No. 327(E), the following be read as under: 1. The year in short title of the said Regulations printed as 1996 be read as 1997 . 2. The year in para 1(i) of the said Regulations printed as 1996 be read a s 1997 . 3. A footnote be appended to the said Regulations as under: SEBI Mutual (Funds) Regulations, 1996, the principal regulation, was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3(ii) dated December 9,1996 vide S.
