Modification of Order u/s 11 of the Securities Contracts Regulation Act, 1956 dated 27-09-96 Superseding the Governing Board of the Pune Stock Exchange. - S.O. No.751(E) - SEBI/LE/0111-9/96 - SEBI

SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 30th October, 1996 S.O. 751(E).- By an order S.O. No. 665(E) dated 27-9-96 issued under section 11 of the Securities Contracts Regulation Act, 1956 and notified in the Gazette of India the Governing Board of the Pune Stock Exchange was superseded and Shri W.S. Tambe was appointed as administrator of the Pune Stock Exchange. In partial modification of the said order, Shri W.S. Tambe is also designated as Chairman. Shri P.Y. Padhye, who was Ex-Managing Director of Securities Trading Corporation of India is now appointed as Vice Chairman. Shri P. L. Kadlaskar the Executive Director of the Pune Stock Exchange is designated as Officer on Special Duty. Shri Kadlaskar and Shri Padhye will discharge such functions as may be delegated by Shri W.S.
