SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA NOTIFICATION Bombay, the 9th December, 1994 G.S.R. 858(E).- Securities and Exchange Board of India, having considered the application for renewal of recognition made under Section 3 of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act 1956 (42 of 1956) read with Rule 7 of the Securities Contracts (Regulations), Rules, 1957 by the Magadh Stock Exchange Association, Patna (hereinafter referred to as the Exchange ) and in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the said Act, being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do, hereby grants recognition to the Exchange under Section 4 of the said Act for a further period of two years commencing on the 11th day of December, 1994 and ending on the 10th day of December, 1996 in respect of contracts in securities.
