GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAX DIVISION) NOTIFICATION Jaipur, dated: December 31, 2018 In exercise of the powers conferred by section, 148 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 9 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in this department s notification no. F.12(56)FD/Tax/2017-pt-III-84 dated the 6 th August, 2018, namely: In the said notification, in paragraph 2 - (i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word 31 August, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 31 st January, 2019 shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word 30 th September, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 28 th February, 2019 shall be substituted.
