Central Government amends the Import Policy Conditions of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonized System), 2017, Schedule-1 (Import Policy) - F. No. 14/3/2018-EP(Agri-III) - S.O. 1479(E) - Foreign Trade Policy

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th March, 2019 S.O. 1479(E).- In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy Conditions of items of Chapter 7 of the Indian Trade Classification (Harmonized System), 2017, Schedule-1 (Import Policy) , as under Exim Code Item Description Existing Policy Existing Policy condition Revised Policy condition 0713 1000 Peans (Pisum Sativum) including Yellow peas, Green peas, Dun peas and Kaspa peas. Restricted Restricted for the period from 1st January, 2019 to 31st March, 2019.
