COMMERCIAL TAX DEPARTMENT CORRIGENDUM The 9th April 2019 S.O. 87, Dated 9th April 2019- In the notification of the Commercial Taxes Department No. 7/2019-State Tax (Rate), dated the 29th March, 2019, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 505, dated the 29th March, 2019, - (i) against Sl. No. 1, in column 2 of the Table, for the words, bracket and figure serial No. (3) read serial number 3 in the Table . (ii) against Sl. No. 2, in column 2 of the Table, for the words, bracket and figure serial No. (3) read serial number 3 in the Table . (iii) in Explanation, for serial no. (iv), read- (iv) Residential Real Estate Project (RREP) shall mean a REP in which the carpet area of the commercial apartments is not more than 15 percent. of the total carpet area of all the apartments in the REP. (v) the term floor space index (FSI) shall mean the ratio of a building s total floor area (gross floor area) to the size of the piece of land upon which it is built.
