Seeks to amend Notification No. S.O.3755 (E), dated the 27th November, 2017 - S.O. 6142(E) - Indian Law

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Economic Affairs) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th December, 2018 S.O. 6142(E) .-The following Order made by the President to be published for general information:- ORDER Whereas, the Fifteenth Finance Commission has been constituted by the President with the Notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), vide S.O. 3755(E), dated the 27th November, 2017 and Shri Shaktikanta Das was appointed as Member of the said Commission. And, whereas, Shri Shaktikanta Das has resigned as Member from the said Commission and the President has been pleased to accept the said resignation with effect from the 11th December 2018.
