GOVERNMENT OF MEGHALAYA EXCISE, REGISTRATION, TAXATION STAMPS DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION No. 25/2019-State Tax Dated Shillong the 21 st June, 2019. No. ERTS(T) 4/2019/246 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 164 of the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act 10 of 2017), the Government of Meghalaya, on the recommendations of the Council, and on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Meghalaya, No.22/2019-State Tax, dated the 23rd April, 2019, issued vide notification No. ERTS(T) 4/2019/230, dated the 23rd April, 2019 and Published in the Gazette of Meghalaya, Extraordinary, Part II A, vide number 182, dated the 2 nd May, 2019, namely:- In the-said notification, for the figures, letters and words 21 st day of June, 2019 the figures, letters and word 21 st day of August, 2019 shall be substituted.
