GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 30 th September, 2019 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 123 of Odisha Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017 read with sub-rule(2) of rule 123 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the public interest, do hereby make the following amendment in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No.25994-FINCT I-TAX-0064-2017, dated the 5 th September, 2017. published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1444 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 5 th September, 2017 bearing S.R.O.No.382/2017, namely:- In the said notification, for serial number I and serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serials and entries against those shall be substituted, namely:- 1. Shri Sushil Kumar Lohani, Commissioner of State Tax, Odisha and 2. Shri Bijoy Kumar Kar Principal Commissioner GST, Bhubaneswar [No. 334 82 - FIN-CT1-TAX- 00 64 /2017] By order of the Governor S.
