Central Government notifies an additional area of 1.6596 hectares, thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 5.1255 hectares, at Survey No. 129 (P), 130 (P), 131 (P) Near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-I, Pune, in the State of Maharashtra - S.O. 4451(E) - Special Economic Zone

MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 9th December, 2019 S.O. 4451(E).- Whereas, M/s. Nalanda Shelter Pvt. Ltd., had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services (IT/ITES) at Survey No. 129 (P), 130 (P), 131 (P) Near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-I, Pune, in the State of Maharashtra; AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006 , had notified an area of 3.4659 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1216(E) dated 14 th March, 2018 ; AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Nalanda Shelter Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed to include additional area of 1.6596 hectares area as a part of above Special Economic Zone at Survey No. 128/2, 129/1, 130/1 and 131/1 Near Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi, Phase-I, Pune, in the State of Maharashtra and the Central Government after considering the said proposal approved and conveyed it on 09.12.2019; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies an additional area of 1.6596 hectares , as a part of above Special Economic Zone , thereby making the total area of the Special Economic Zone as 5.1255 hectares , comprising the survey numbers and the area given below in the table, namely:- TABLE FOR ADDITIONAL AREA S.
