Appointment of CAA by DGRI - 22/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) - Customs - Non Tariff

Government of India Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs Directorate of Revenue Intelligence Notification No. 22/2020-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) New Delhi, dated 20.03.2020 S.O. 1190 (E). - In pursuance of notification No. 60/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number G.S.R. 453(E), dated 4th June 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), and as amended by notification No. 133/2015-Customs (N.T.), published vide number G.S.R. 916(E) dated 30th November 2015 in Gazette of India, Extra-ordinary, Part-II, section 3, sub-section (i), issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, under clause (a) of section 152 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Director General, Revenue Intelligence, hereby makes the following amendment in the Notification No. 11/2017-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 13.10.2017 read with Notification No. 18/2018-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 05.09.2018 , published vide S.O. 3321 (E) dated 13.10.2017 and S.O. 4283 (E) dated 05.09.2018 respectively. In the Notification No. 11/2017-Customs (N.T./CAA/DRI) dated 13.10.2017 , against serial number 3, in column 3 for the words, C. No. VIII/ICD/6/TKD/SIIB-Exp/DRI-SCN/13/16 dated 30.03.2016 and C. No. VIII/6/ICD/PPG/SIIB/GDM/27/2016 dated 31.03.2016 read with corrigendum dated 06.04.2016 , C. No. VIII/ICD/6/TKD/SIIB-Exp/DRI-SCN/13/16 dated 30.03.2016 read with Addendum dated 22.10.2019 and C. No. VIII/6/ICD/PPG/SIIB/GDM/27/2016 dated 31.03.2016 read with corrigendum dated 06.04.2016 and read with Addendum dated 30.07.2019 respectively shall be substituted. [F.
