Amendment in Notification No. 13/2018 - State Tax dated the 6th August, 2018 - 24/2018-State Tax - Manipur SGST

GOVERNMENT OF MANIPUR SECRETARIAT: FINANCE DEPARTMENT (EXPENDITURE SECTION) Notification No. 24/2018-State Tax Imphal, the 31st December, 2018 No. TAX/4(53)/GST-NOTN/2016 :- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Manipur Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (3 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of Manipur, Secretariat: Finance Department (Expenditure Section) No.13/2018 - State Tax dated the 6th August, 2018 published in the Gazette of Manipur, Extraordinary, vide number 167 dated the 24 th August, 2018,namely :- In the said notification, in paragraph 2 ,- (i) in clause (i), for the figures, letters and word 31 st August, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 31 st January, 2019 shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (iv), for the figures, letters and word 30 th September, 2018 , the figures, letters and word 28 th February, 2019 shall be substituted.
