No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by rule 5 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2019, made vide the Finance Department notification No. 22611-FIN-CT1-TAX-0043/2017/FIN, dated the 29th June, 2019, published in the Extraordinary issue No. 1132 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 29th June, 2019 bearing S.R.O.No.223/2019, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby appoint the 1st day of April, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of the said rule, shall come into force.
