NOTIFICATION (4-CA/2020) In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 164 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Karnataka Act 27 of 2017) read with rule 3 of the Karnataka Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Rules, 2020 (hereafter referred to as the rules) made vide Government of Karnataka Notification No.4-C/2020 FD 05 CSL 2020 dated the 10th June, 2020. published in the Karnataka Gazette, Extraordinary, part IVA, No. 197, dated the 10th June, 2020, the Government of Karnataka, hereby appoints the 8th day of June, 2020, as the date from which the said provisions of the rules, shall come into force.
