Government of India Ministry of Commerce and Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhawan New Delhi Notification No. 25/2015-20 New Delhi, Dated 10.08.2020 Subject: Issue of Advance Authorisations where export item is Gold medallions and coins or Gold Jewellery/Articles manufactured by fully mechanised process S.O. 2681 (E): - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of FT(D R) Act, 1992, read with Paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 . Para 4.37 is amended by adding the following point: 4.37 (d) : Advance Authorisation Scheme is not available where the item of export is Gold Medallions and Coins or Gold jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process . Effect of the Notification: Advance Authorisation shall not be issued where item of export is Gold Medallions and Coins or Gold jewellery/articles manufactured by fully mechanised process .
