Amendments in Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, related to import under DFIA scheme - 38/2015-2020 - Foreign Trade Policy

Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade Udyog Bhawan, New Delhi Notification No. 38/2015-2020 Dated: 06.10.2020 Subject: Amendments in Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, related to import under DFIA scheme-reg S.O. 3473 (E): - In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 of FT (D R) Act, 1992 , read with paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby makes following amendments in para 4.25 of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 . Under para 4.25, after sub para (c), sub para (d) is introduced as under: ( d ) Import of Tyres under DFIA scheme is not allowed. Effect of this Notification : A new sub-para (d) under para 4.25 of FTP 2015-20 , for disallowing import of tyres under DFIA scheme is introduced.
