Seeks to waive penalty payable under Section 125 - F. 1-11 (91)-TAX /GST/2020 - Tripura SGST

GOVERNMENT OF TRIPURA FINANCE DEPARTMENT (TAXES EXCISE) F. 1-11 (91)-TAX /GST/2020 Dated, Agartala, the 15th December, 2020. NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers by section 128 of the Tripura State Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Tripura Act 'No. 9 of 2017) (hereafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby waives the amount or penalty payable by any registered person under section 125 of the said Act for non-compliance of the provisions of notification No. F. 1-11 (91)-TAX /GST/2020(Part -II) dated 20 May 2020 published in the Tripura Gazette.
