Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 30 th December 2020 No. F A 3-47/2020/1/V(72) : In exercise of the powers conferred by (1) of 44 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (19 of 2017), with rule 80 of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this department s notification, No. F A 3-11/2020/1/V (43) dated 20 July, 2020, namely :- In the said notification, for the figures, and words 30 th September, 2020 the figures, letters and words 31 st October, 2020 shall be substituted. 2.
