Voluntary Disclosure of Income and Wealth Ordinance, 1974: Security under Public Debt Rules, 1946 Notification No. 0535(E) Dated 20/10/1975 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Voluntary Disclosure of Income and Wealth Ordinance, 1975 (15 of 1975), the Central Government hereby notifies that the security prescribed under clause (b) of rule 4 of the Public Debt Rules, 1946, in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs), Notification No. G.S.R.534(E), dated the 20th October, 1975, shall be the security for the purposes of sub-section (3) of section 3 of the said Ordinance.
