Central Government authorizes Shri Rakesh Sasibhushan, Chairman- cum- Managing Director, Antrix Corporation Limited - S.O. 220 (E) - Companies Law

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th January, 2021 S.O. 220(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 272 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), the Central Government hereby authorizes Shri Rakesh Sasibhushan, Chairman- cum- Managing Director, Antrix Corporation Limited (a Government Company registered under the Companies Act having CIN-U85110KA1992GOI013570) to present a petition before the Tribunal for winding up of Devas Multimedia Private Limited (a company registered under the Companies Act having CIN U92132KA2004PTC035261) on the grounds specified 1 [ under clause (c) of section 271 ] of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) . 2.
