MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 st February, 2021 S.O. 519 (E) .-The Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) read with sub-section (5) of Section 31 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce, number S.O.2067(E) dated 28th June, 2017 , namely: In the said notification, the entry at Sl.No. 5 and 6 which reads as under 5 Sh. Bharat C Arya, Director, M/s J. V. Gokal Co., Falta SEZ 6 Sh. Sanjay Budhia, MD, M/s Patton International Ltd., Falta SEZ shall be substituted as under: 5 Sh.
