FIN/REV-3/GST/1/08 (Pt-1) (Vol II)/30 Dated: 22nd December 2020 NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Nagaland Goods and Services Tax (Fourth Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (Ordinance No. 8 of 2020) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the State Government hereby appoints the 30th day of June 2020, as the date on which the provisions of sections 2 and 12 of the said Ordinance, shall come into force. 2.
