Extension of the due date for furnishing of FORM ITC-04 for the period July- September 2020 till 30th November, 2020 - CT/GST-14/2017/287 - Assam SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM ORDERS BY THE GOVERNOR OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF STATE TAX :: ASSAM :: KAR BHAWAN NOTIFICATION-STATE TAX (No. 41/2020-GST) The 25th November, 2020 No. CT/GST-14/2017/287.- In pursuance of section 168 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Assam Act No. XVIII of 2019) and sub-rule (3) of rule 45 of the Assam Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the time limit for furnishing the declaration in FORM GST ITC-04 , in respect of goods dispatched to a job worker or received from a job worker, during the from July, 2020 to September, 2020 till the 30 th day of November, 2020.
