EXCISE AND TAXATION DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Shimla-2, the 24th February, 2021 No. EXN-F(10)-17/2020 .-In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the Himachal Pradesh Goods and Services Tax (Amendment) Act, 2020 (12 of 2020), (hereinafter in this notification referred to as the said Act), the Governor of Himachal Pradesh is pleased to appoint the 9th day of November, 2020, as the date on which the provisions of Section 2 of the said Act shall come into force.
