Government of Uttarakhand Finance Section-8 No. 15/2021/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-91 Dehradun : Dated: 07 January, 2021 Notification WHEREAS, the State Government is satisfied that it is expedient so to do in public interest; NOW, THEREFORE, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 168A of the Uttarakhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No. 06 of 2017), read with section 20 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (13 of 2017), the Governor, on the recommendations of the Council, is pleased to allow to make the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of Uttarakhand, Finance Section-8 No. 344/2020/5(120)/XXVII(8)/2020/CT-35 dated 20th May, 2020 (as amended from time to time), namely:- In the said notification, in the first paragraph, in the proviso to clause (i), (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 30th day of March, 2021 shall be substituted. (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of November, 2020 , the words, figures and letters 31st day of March, 2021 shall be substituted. 2.
