Amendment in Notification No. 47/2019 – State Tax dated the 24th December, 2019 - 77/2020– State Tax - Delhi SGST

FINANCE (EXPENDITURE-IV) DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 31st March, 2021 No. 77/2020 State Tax No.F3(87)/Fin(Exp-IV)/2020-21/DS- IV / 309. -In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi in the Department of Finance, (Revenue-I),No. 47/2019 State Tax dated the 24th December, 2019, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, published vide No. F.3 (98)/Fin (Rev-I)/2019-20/DS-VI/634, dated the 24th December, 2019, namely: - In the said notification in the opening paragraph, for the words and figures financial years 2017-18 and 2018-19 , the words and figures financial years 2017-18, 2018-19 and 2019-20 shall be substituted. 2.
