Amendment in Notification No. FA- 3-32-2020-1-V -(65), Bhopal dated 5th December 2020 - F-A 3-39-2020-1-V(05) - Madhya Pradesh SGST

Commercial Tax Department Mantralya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal Bhopal, the 23rd February 2021 No. F-A 3-39-2020-1-V(05). - In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 168A of the Madhya Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, (19 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendment in this department's notification No. FA- 3-32-2020-1-V -(65), Bhopal dated 5th December 2020 namely :- In the said notification, in the first paragraph,- (i) for the words, figures and letters 29th day of June, 2020 the words, figures and letters 30th day of August, 2020 , shall be substituted; (ii) for the words, figures and letters 30th day of June, 2020 the words, figures and letters 31st day of August, 2020 , shall be substituted. 2.
