Seeks to amend Notification No. 89/2020—State Tax dated 7th December, 2020 - 06/2021- State Tax - Maharashtra SGST

NOTIFICATION Notification No. 06/2021- State Tax MAHARASHTRA GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017. No. GST-1021/C.R. 38/Taxation-1. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Maharashtra Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Mah. XLIII of 2017), the Government of Maharashtra, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Finance Department No. GST-1020/C.R.107/Taxation-1. [Notification No. 89/2020-State Tax], dated the 7th December, 2020, published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette, Part-IV-B, Extraordinary No. 301, dated the 7th December, 2020, namely : - In the said notification, (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted.
