REVENUE DEPARTMENT (COMMERCIAL TAXEX-II) THE ANDHRA PRADESH GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017 - EXTENSION OF THE DUE DATE FOR FILING FORM GSTR-4 FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2020-21 TILL 31.05.2021. [ G.O.Ms.No.202, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II), 2nd August, 2021. ] NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Act No.16 of 2017), the Government of Andhra Pradesh, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, hereby makes the following amendment to the notification issued in the G.O.Ms.No.301, Revenue (Commercial Taxes-II) Department, dated 16-5-2019, namely:- This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of April, 2021. AMENDMENT In the said notification, in the third paragraph, after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - Provided further that the said persons shall furnish the return in FORM GSTR-4 of the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2021, up to the 31 st day of May, 2021. .
