Amendment in Notification No. 89/2020– State Tax, dated the 22th February, 2021 - 06/2021 – State Tax - Chhattisgarh SGST

Government of Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan Atal Nagar, the 10th May 2021 NOTIFICATION No. 06/2021 State Tax No. F-10-32/2021/CT/V(34).- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in notification No. 89/2020 State Tax, No. F 10-05/2021/CT/V(13), Chhattisgarh Commercial Tax Department, dated the 9th February, 2021, published in the Gazette (Extraordinary) of Chhattisgarh, No. 137, dated the 22th February, 2021, namely: In the said notification, (i) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 31st day of March , the figures, letters and words 30th day of June , shall be substituted; (ii) in the first paragraph, for the figures, letters and words, 01st day of April , the figures, letters and words 1st day of July , shall be substituted. 2.
