Seeks to amend notification no. 11/2018-Customs to align with HSN 2022 w.e.f. 1.1.2022 - 58/2021 - Customs -Tariff

MINISTRY OF FINANCE (Department of Revenue) NOTIFICATION No. 58/2021-Customs New Delhi, the 29th December, 2021 G.S.R 907(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) read with section 110 of the Finance Act, 2018 (13 of 2018) , the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 11/2018-Customs, dated the 2nd February, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 114(E), dated the 2nd February, 2018 , namely :- In the said notification, in the TABLE, against the serial number 1, in column (2), - (i) for the figures 5703 20 , the figures 5703 21, 5703 29 shall be substituted; (ii) for the figures 5703 30 , the figures 5703 31, 5703 39 shall be substituted; (iii) for the figures 5802 19 , the figures 5802 10 20, 5802 10 30, 5802 10 40, 5802 10 50, 5802 10 60, 5802 10 90 shall be substituted; (iv) for the figures 6201 11 00, 6201 12, 6201 13, 6201 91 00, 6201 92 00, 6201 93 00 , the figures 6201 20, 6201 30, 6201 40 shall be substituted; (v) for the figures 6202 11, 6202 12 00, 6202 13 00, 6202 91, 6202 92, 6202 93 , the figures 6202 20, 6202 30, 6202 40 shall be substituted. 3.
