Amendment in Notification No. 19829-FIN-ÇT1-TAX 0022/2017, dated the 29th June, 2017 - 8508-FIN-CT-1-TAX-0001/2022 - Orissa SGST

GOVERNMENT OF ODISHA FINANCE OF DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION The 05 th April 2022 S.R.O. No. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 and sub-section (5) of section 15 of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Odisha Act 7 of 2017), the State Government, on the recommendations of the Goods and Services Tax Council, do hereby make the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 19829-FIN- T1-TAX 0022/2017, dated the 29 th June, 2017, published in the Extraordinary issue No.1133 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 29th June, 2017 bearing S.R.O. No. 295/2017, as amended from time to lime, and the last such amendment is made in the notification of the Government of Odisha in the Finance Department No. 205-FIN-CT1-TAX-0001/2022 dated the 4 th January, 2022 published in the Extraordinary issue No.12 of the Odisha Gazette, dated the 4 th January, 2022 hearing S.R.O. No. 08/2022, namely :- In the said notification, - (a) in Schedule I 2.5%, serial numbers 225B,226, 227, 228 and the entries relating thereto shall be omitted; (b) in Schedule II 6%, after serial number 176A and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely: - 176B 6815 Fly ash bricks or fly ash aggregate with 90 per cent. or more fly ash content; Fly ash blocks 176C 6901 00 10 Bricks of fossil meals or similar siliceous earths 176D 6904 10 00 Building bricks 176E 6905 10 00 Earthen or roofing tiles . 2.
